If you ordered from Bom Fit Brasil, you do not have to stay at home to receive the order. During the ordering process you can choose www.mijnpakket.nl With MijnPakket.nl you decide where and when you want your order to be delivered or picked up. You can choose from as many as 2,000 pickup locations in the Netherlands, there is always a pickup location nearby. The collection points are always in the best locations and opening hours. For example, on shopping evenings more than 600 locations are open until 20:00 or longer. Never stay at home and wait for the package delivery, so pick up when it suits you, for example, after work or while shopping. That saves you a lot of time!

Delivery outside the Netherlands will be processed by your local delivery company as soon as it reaches the border. You can still use the track&trace code we sent you.
Bom Fit Brasil acting distance purchases according to the law. According to this law, you have a period of 14 days. 14 days to go from the moment you received the product. You must within the period of 14 days return the item(s). Only in November and December of each calendar year, there is return trial period of 30 days. You must return without counting public holidays in the months of November and December within the trial period of 30 days.
Rules for return.
- Bom Fit Brasil does not accept items that have been worn.
- Bom Fit Brasil only accepts unworn items with (if) such as labels attached when received and in original packing. (plastic folder)
- Prevent damage. Send back the articles in a package supplied by us or a similar packaging. Follow the steps below to return.
- Always send the items registered, and keep the shipping receipt. If the package is lost, we need the receipt as proof for sending.
- The costs for returning is payed by the customer. After good receipt of the article Bom Fit Brasil shall return the purchase amount in your account.
- Socks can not be returned.
- Submit your return in your account under my orders -> open the order you wish to return -> return items.
- Place the item in the delivered package (or a solid alternative)
- Insert the return form in the box.
- Pack the product so that it is protected against damage.
- Place a sticker or paper with our address over the old barcode and bring the package to the post office. There, you will receive a shipping receipt after payment of postage.
